Sasha McDowell
Founder
Sasha McDowell is an executive and team coach known for helping leaders communicate clearly, manage conflict, and build healthier, more effective teams. She founded Epicycle Group after a decade in nonprofit leadership, corporate philanthropy, and public-sector roles.
Sasha holds two master’s degrees from Columbia University—an MPA and an MSW—a combination that uniquely equips her to understand both organizational dynamics and human behavior. She specializes in systemic team coaching, developing women leaders, and supporting working parents.
