How it works

We’ll start with a discovery call to understand your goals and outline what a successful engagement would look like. Our work together will typically be ongoing for 6–12 months, though this timeline is flexible depending on your needs and what you'd like to achieve.

Step 1:
Discovery & diagnosis

  • Confidential interviews with 8-50 people across teams and levels to understand challenges

  • Broader listening sessions or focus groups to surface unspoken perspectives across teams

  • Assessments as needed

  • Observation of key leadership meetings and team interactions

  • Distilling patterns to pinpoint key team and organizational dynamics 

  • Present findings: themes, tensions, and root causes

  • Build leadership readiness for change

Step 2:
Insights & co-creation

  • Work closely with leadership team to design interventions that will land effectively in your culture

  • Document measurable goals for engagement and collect initial data

  • Plan facilitated sessions for leadership

  • Design targeted approaches for specific groups

  • Identify individual coaching needs and workshops for key leaders and employees

  • Devise strategies that address immediate needs and build long-term capacity


Step 3:
Implementation & support

  • Deliver facilitated sessions and workshops for leaders and broader groups 

  • Support teams through change

  • Coach individuals through transitions

  • Collect post-intervention data

  • Create new norms that stick

  • Regular check-ins to refine approach based on what's working
