How it works

We begin with a 45-minute discovery call to understand your organization’s needs and share an overview of the program. Engagements combine workshops and group coaching, and range from 6 months to one year.

Step 1:
Discovery & Design

  • Initial conversation with HR or leadership sponsor to understand organizational needs and align on participant selection

  • Determine which combination of workshops and group coaching best fits your goals

  • Design custom workshop content or group coaching parameters based on your culture and participants' challenges

Step 2:
Delivery & Engagement

  • Facilitate workshops and group coaching sessions 

  • Create psychologically safe spaces for reflection, honest conversation, and growth

  • Provide practical tools, frameworks, and peer support that leaders can apply immediately

Step 3:
Integration & Follow-up

  • Participants apply learnings to current challenges and share insights with peers

  • Optional follow-up sessions to maintain momentum and address emerging challenges
