THE LEADER’S LAUNCH

What it is

The Leader's Edge Launch is an introductory leadership development program designed to give leaders the foundational capabilities, self-awareness, and mindset they need to lead well in their current role. Delivered as a cohort experience for 8-12 leaders, the program combines three core workshops with optional group coaching and 1:1 coaching between sessions to deepen learning and accelerate growth. Whether participants are emerging leaders building their management capabilities, high performers preparing for greater responsibility, or experienced leaders stepping into a new chapter, the program meets leaders where they are and equips them with practical tools they can apply immediately. The result: more capable leaders, stronger teams, and a foundation for continued development.

What to expect

  • A discovery conversation with the executive sponsor to understand organizational goals, define participant criteria, and align on what success looks like

  • A cohort of 8-12 leaders grouped by stage (emerging leaders, high performers, middle managers, or senior leaders)

  • Three core workshops delivered over nine to twelve weeks, with topics selected by the organization to fit cohort needs

  • Optional group coaching sessions and/or 1:1 coaching sessions between workshops to apply learning and discuss current challenges

  • Practical tools, frameworks, and reflection exercises that leaders can apply to their work immediately

  • A post-program summary delivered to the executive sponsor capturing themes, insights, and recommendations for ongoing development
