STRATEGIC LISTENING TOUR
What it is
Our Strategic Listening Tour is designed to help leaders better understand the strengths, risks, and opportunities across their organization in order to design actionable strategies that drive impactful organizational change. Through a co-designed series of stakeholder interviews and focus groups, we gather qualitative data, surface key themes, and deliver an organizational roadmap with prioritized recommendations and proposed next steps.
Who it's for
Leaders at organizations going through significant change, such as a merger, restructure, leadership transition, or strategic pivot
Leaders sensing organizational friction but unable to clearly pinpoint what needs to improve
Leaders preparing for a major strategic initiative who want to understand organizational readiness first
Leaders who have stepped into a new role who want to understand multiple stakeholders’ perspectives before initiating changes
Leaders who suspect there is a culture or dynamic issue and want qualitative data rather than relying on what surfaces in everyday conversation
What to expect
A co-design phase to align on the questions to explore, the stakeholders to include, and what success looks like for the engagement
A customized series of one-on-one stakeholder interviews and/or focus groups, designed to surface what is working and where changes are most needed
Synthesis and analysis of the data to identify themes, patterns, and priorities
An Organizational Roadmap delivered to the executive sponsor that includes an executive summary of findings, prioritized opportunities ranked by impact and feasibility, anonymized stakeholder data, and recommended next steps
A follow-up touchpoint with the executive sponsor four to six weeks after delivery to discuss how the recommendations are landing in the context of current initiatives and future goals
